Enriching 50 minute adaptive program to provide a
safe, calm and welcoming environment. Support of a
caregiver is required for each participant. A one
time trial class is required.

Tumbling Program
Our tumble program consists of Beginner and Advanced
classes (Back handspring required for advanced class
placement). One hour, co-ed classes on the spring
floor and trampoline help students improve and master
strength, flexibility, and tumbling skills.

Little Stars Gymnastics
Through creative play and nurturing instruction, our Preschool
Gymnastics program focuses on physical fitness and primary
development for young boys and girls ages 8 months to 5
years old.

Girls Rising Stars
Our girls recreational gymnastics program is for children just
starting out that enjoy continuous learning in the sport of
gymnastics. As with all of our programs, girls recreational
gymnastic classes emphasize individualized, self-paced learning
of physical and social skills.
