Classes in the girls recreational program are great fun, whether learning gross motor skills for the very young to learning the basic gymnastics skills that will form a foundation of the children's gymnastic experience.

Kinderstars
Ages 5 - 6 Years
A 60-minute class designed for kindergarten age children. Students will learn beginner skills on all four events, in a fun and safe environment. Our weekly lesson plans involve coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. Participation in gymnastics develops overall fitness and skills, which will enhance other sports.

Little Dippers
Ages 6 - 8 Years
Little Dippers is a sixty minute program especially designed for girls new or just beginning gymnastics. All Little Dippers build self-confidence, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through structured gymnastic instruction. We place a major emphasis upon each girl's growth and development at their own pace.

Starlights
Ages 9 - 12 Years
Starlights is a sixty minute program especially designed for girls new or just beginning gymnastics. All Starlights build self-confidence, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through structured gymnastic instruction. We place a major emphasis upon each girl's growth and development at their own pace.

Starbrights
First grade and up, invitation only
A 75 minute class designed for girls who have mastered beginner level skills and are ready for more challenges at the intermediate level. Gymnasts in our Starbrights program focus on developing skills through drills and progressions in a safe and nurturing environment.

Big Dippers
First grade and up, invitation only
This 90 minute class is designed for those students who are ready to attain intermediate and advanced gymnastic skills. Participants have mastered the intermediate gymnastic level and are now ready for this next challenge. Gymnasts in the Big Dipper program develop skills that prepare them for the next gymnastic level within a fun and safe environment.

Recreational Team Programs

Routine Class
60-minute class that is taken in addition to a skills class; girls will work on learning routines on each of the four events and further refine skills. A greater focus is placed on presentation and detail. Girls in this class have the opportunity to participate at in-house meets, and showcase their progress and learn how to "compete" in gymnastics in a fun and no stress environment.

Rising Stars Team
2 - 75-minute classes - Girls participating on the Rising Stars Team practice as a team and train for in-house meats. Girls will work on skills and routines on each of the four events. Great focus is placed on presentation and detail. Girls will have the option to participate in our in-house meets and additional events. This program runs from September - June; No rising stars team is offered during the summer session.

Xcel Bronze
2 - 90 minutes classes. Girls will practice as a team and train for in-house meets and non-sanctioned meets outside of Aim High. The Xcel Bronze team is non-sanctioned and does not compete at USA Gymnastics sanctioned meets. This program runs from July - June.

Drop In Programs

Open Gym
6-12 years, 90 minutes of fun in a safe structured way. Bounce on trampolines, swing on the bars or balance on the balance beam. This co-ed open gym will give your child the opportunity to practice his/her favorite skills. Open gym is semi-structured to maintain safety for all students. No horseplay or unsafe behavior tolerated; safety is our highest priority.

Open Gym+
6-12 years, 120 minutes of fun. Half the open gym is a structured class and the other half is a semi-structured open gym where your child can practice their favorite gymnastics skills. No horseplay or unsafe behavior tolerated; safety is our highest priority.
