Girls Rising Stars

Classes in the girls recreational program are great fun, whether learning gross motor skills for the very young to learning the basic gymnastics skills that will form a foundation of the children's gymnastic experience.

Skill Clinics

The skill clinics will focus on a different basic gymnastic skill each week. Drills, individual instruction and lots of fun is what you will find at these clinics. Students will learn balance, strength and the core art of those "coveted" fundamental skills of gymnastics. The cartwheel will be the focus of the first Friday, where students will learn the core art of tumbling known as the cartwheel. The second Friday's skill is a bar clinic where students can work on the pull over where children will focus on a crucial skill on the bars that takes strength, coordination and a never give up attitude. Back handsprings will be the focus on the third Friday of the month. The fourth Friday of the month will focus on Bridge kick over and Back walk over.
