Tyson Fitness is fitness initiative that encourages physical fitness
through fun activities with an emphasis on strength
training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility and good
nutrition. Each
of these components are critical to developing a solid
fitness foundation for life.
Times:
Flexible,
1, 11/2
or 2 Hour Blocks
Activities Include:
Cardiovascular Games,
Strength Training, Flexibility Training, Goal Setting
and General Health Instruction.
